BTL2  Between the Lines Summer 2006.
Welcome to the second edition of our magazine for European rail enthusiasts. 
In this issue our major article is: “All Change in Luxembourg” The last three years have seen dramatic changes for the CFL- out are some old favourites – remember the class 360 “Flat Irons”? while in are Class 4000 EuroLoks, Vossloh hire machines, new double deck stock from Alstrom / Bombardier and more light(ish) rail stock.
Our second story is not unconnected – we examine the changes to Antwerp France freight flows especially the new order south of Namur through Metz and on to Strasbourg.  Is the Prima Europe’s ugliest electric? 
In Alsace we ride the Strasbourg super tram, watch trains along side the Canal de Marne- next year the LGV will siphon away some of the crack expresses, and visit Mulhouse as rail hot spot of the month.
